Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Scotland Act 1998 (Agency Arrangements) (Specification) (No. 2) Order 2018.

Section 2Commencement

This Order comes into force immediately after section 27 of the Scotland Act 2016 (welfare foods) comes into force on 8th February 2019.

Section 3Specification of functions

(1) The functions exercisable by the Scottish Ministers under the enactments mentioned in paragraph (2) are specified for the purposes of section 93(1) of the Scotland Act 1998.
(2) The enactments are–
(a) the Welfare Food Regulations 1996 ,
(b) the Healthy Start Scheme and Welfare Food (Amendment) Regulations 2005 .
