Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as The Value Added Tax (Refund of Tax to the Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority) Order 2018 and comes into force on 1st February 2018.

The Essex Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner Fire and Rescue Authority, established by the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex (Fire and Rescue Authority) Order 2018 , is specified for the purpose of section 33 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994.
