Section 2Provisions coming into force on 9th February 2018
The following provisions of Part 4 of the Scotland Act 2016 (other legislative competence) come into force on 9th February 2018—
(a) section 47 (onshore petroleum); and
(b) section 48 (onshore petroleum: consequential amendments).
