Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2018 and shall come into force on 29th January 2018.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2 Amendment of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007

(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 is amended as follows.

(2) After article 2(14) insert—

(15) So much of the site of the National Assembly for Wales, Cardiff, CF99 1NA, as is within the thick black line that is marked on the map in Schedule 14 (the National Assembly for Wales site).
