Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Quality Accounts) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 19th February 2018.

Section 2 Amendment to the National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 2010

(1) Regulation 4 of the National Health Service (Quality Accounts) Regulations 2010 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(b), for “(2) and (2A)” substitute “(2), (2A) and (2B)”.

(3) In paragraph (2), omit “and 27.1 to 27.9”.

(4) In paragraph (2B), in the opening words—

(a) omit “or (3)”;

(b) after “Schedule”, insert “, presented in the way specified for those items in column 2 of that table,”.
