Section 2Commencement
(1) Section 1 of, and the Schedule to, the Pensions (Pre-consolidation) Measure 2018 come into force immediately before the commencement of the Consolidation Measure.
(2) “The Consolidation Measure” means the Measure resulting from the draft Church of England Pensions Measure given First Consideration by the General Synod on 9th February 2018.
