This Order may be cited as the Hartpury College of Further Education (Designated Institution in Further Education) Order 2018 and comes into force on 1st August 2018.

Hartpury College of Further Education , being an educational institution of the kind described in subsections (1) and (2) of section 28 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992, is designated as an institution for the purposes of that section.
