Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Homes and Communities Agency (Transfer of Property etc.) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 31st January 2018.

Section 2Specified public bodies

The public bodies listed in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified under section 53A(2) of the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
