Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Amendment) Order 2018.

(2) This Order comes into force on 9th July 2018.

Section 2Revocation

Article 5 of the Education Act 2011 (Commencement No. 4 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Order 2012 is revoked.
