Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Food and Rural Affairs (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2018.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2018, except for regulation 3 which comes into force on 31st March 2019.

(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2 Revocation of regulations relating to countryside access

The following are revoked—

(a) the Countryside Access Regulations 1994 ;

(b) the Countryside Access (Amendment) Regulations 1996 ;

(c) the Countryside Access (Amendment) Regulations 1999 .

Section 3 Revocation of regulations relating to dairy produce quotas

The following are revoked—

(a) the Dairy Produce Quotas (General Provisions) Regulations 2002 ;

(b) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 ;

(c) the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 2005 ;

(d) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) Regulations 2005 ;

(e) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 2006 ;

(f) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 ;

(g) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 2007 ;

(h) the Dairy Produce (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2007 ;

(i) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 ;

(j) the Dairy Produce Quotas (General Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 ;

(k) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Amendment) Regulations 2008 ;

(l) the Dairy Produce Quotas (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 .
