Section 2Citation and interpretation
“The Act” means the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
Section 3Provisions coming into force on 1st September 2018
To the extent that they are not already in force, the following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st September 2018—
(a) section 36 (Social Work England); and
(b) Schedule 3 (Social Work England).
