Section 2Commencement of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2017
The day appointed for the coming into force of Part 1 of the Pension Schemes Act 2017 (Master Trusts), so far as not already in force, is—
(a) the day after the day on which these Regulations are made, for the purposes of making regulations, and
(b) 1st October 2018, for all other purposes.
