Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2019 and comes into force 21 days after the day on which it is made.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2 Amendments to Schedule 3 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975

(1) Schedule 3 to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions Order) 1975 is amended as follows.

(2) After paragraph 23, insert—

(24) Proceedings before an inquiry caused to be held under section 1 of the Inquiries Act 2005 for the purposes of fulfilling the terms of reference of that inquiry.
