Section 2Appointed day
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 is the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a) paragraph 1 of Schedule 5 (publication of retained direct EU legislation etc.); and
(b) section 15(1) (publication) to the extent that it is not already in force.
