Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Damages (Personal Injury) Order 2019 and comes into force on 5th August 2019.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2Rate of return

The rate of return referred to in section A1(1) of the Damages Act 1996 shall be minus 0.25 per cent.
