Section 1

This Order may be cited as the B1448 Trunk Road (Topcliffe Road, Thirsk) (Detrunking) Order 2019 and shall come into force on 26th July 2019.

Section 2

In this Order:-

means the plan numbered HE/10/OD/002, marked “The B1448 Trunk Road (Topcliffe Road, Thirsk) (Detrunking) Order 2019”, signed by authority of Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at Communities and Local Government, Deposited Document Services, Room F13, Ashdown House, St Leonards on Sea, Hastings, East Sussex,

TN37 7GS;

Section 3

The trunk road shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as a classified road as from the date on which this Order comes into force.
