Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the European Parliamentary Elections Etc. (Repeal, Revocation, Amendment and Saving Provisions) (United Kingdom and Gibraltar) (EU Exit) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of the European Parliamentary Elections Etc. (Repeal, Revocation, Amendment and Saving Provisions) (United Kingdom and Gibraltar) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018

(1) The European Parliamentary Elections Etc. (Repeal, Revocation, Amendment and Saving Provisions) (United Kingdom and Gibraltar) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1, for “exit day” substitute “31st December 2020”.
(3) In regulation 6, for “after exit day” substitute “on and after 31st December 2020”.
