Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Child Trust Funds (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 6th April 2019.

Section 2Amendment of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004

The Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004 are amended as follows.

Section 3Amendment of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004

In regulation 9(2) and (3) (annual limit on subscriptions) for “£4,260”, substitute “£4,368”.
