Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Proscribed organisations

(1) Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) is amended as follows.

(2) For “The military wing of Hizballah, including the Jihad Council and all units reporting to it (including the Hizballah External Security Organisation)” substitute “Hizballah (Party of God)”.

(3) After the entry for Liwa al-Thawra, insert the following entries—
