Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Pupil Information) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on 1st September 2019.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005

(1) The Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 6(1)(d) of Schedule 2 (information forming part of the common transfer file) omit “at the end of any key stage completed”.
