Section 1 Citation and Commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 27th February 2020.

Section 2 Amendment of the Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit) (Existing Awards) (No. 2) Regulations 2010

Regulation 21(1) (termination of transitional addition) of the Employment and Support Allowance (Transitional Provisions, Housing Benefit and Council Tax Benefit) (Existing Awards) (No. 2) Regulations 2010 is amended as follows:

(a) at the end of paragraph (a), insert “and”;

(b) at the end of paragraph (b), omit “and”;

(c) omit paragraph (c).
