Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020.

(2) They come into force on 21st November 2020.

Section 2 Amendment of the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020

In the Schedule to the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (England) (No. 4) Regulations 2020—

(a) in paragraph 30—

(i) number the existing text as sub-paragraph (1);

(ii) after sub-paragraph (1), as so numbered, insert—

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not prevent a farm from operating a business selling or supplying Christmas trees in accordance with paragraph 54.

(b) after paragraph 53, insert—

(54) Businesses selling or supplying natural Christmas trees.
