Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Section 2Interpretation
In these Regulations—
“the 2019 Regulations” means the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 ;
Section 3Amendments to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
In regulation 14(3) of the 2019 Regulations, for “exit day, as defined by section 20(1) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended from time to time”, substitute “IP completion day”.
Section 4Amendments to the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
In regulation 20(3)(b) of the 2019 Regulations, for “exit day”, substitute “IP completion day”.
