Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation of Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

Section 2Amendment of the Principal Regulations

In the Client Money Protection Schemes for Property Agents (Approval and Designation of Schemes) Regulations 2018 , in regulation 5(2A) (deemed compliance with client money account requirement) , for “2020” substitute “2021”.
