Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into force on 30th June 2020.

Section 2Amendment to the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010

In the Occupational and Personal Pension Schemes (Automatic Enrolment) Regulations 2010 in regulation 1 (citation, commencement, expiry and interpretation)—
(a) in the heading, omit “, expiry”;
(b) omit paragraphs (1A) and (1B).
