Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration and Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force immediately before IP completion day.

Section 2

(1) The Guarantees of Origin of Electricity Produced from High-efficiency Cogeneration (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 are amended as follows.

(2) in regulation 3(5)(c)(ii), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”;

(3) in regulation 4(6)(c)(ii), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.

Section 3

(1) The Renewables Obligation (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1, in the text to be inserted by paragraph 5(4), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.

(3) In Schedule 2, in the text to be inserted by paragraph 2(4), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.

(4) In Schedule 3, in the text to be inserted by paragraph 2(4), for “exit day” substitute “IP completion day”.
