Section 1 Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) (Amendment) and Suspension (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.

(2) These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are laid.

Section 2 Suspension of paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 29 to the Coronavirus Act 2020

Paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 29 to the Coronavirus Act 2020 is suspended.

Section 3 Amendment of the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015

In the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 , in the Schedule, for Form No. 6A substitute the Form No. 6A set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.

Section 4 Transitional provision

(1) The suspension of paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 29 made by regulation 2 does not apply in relation to a notice given under section 21(1) or (4) of the Housing Act 1988 before the day on which these Regulations come into force.
