Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st October 2021.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007

(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 2(1)(g) for “(14)” substitute “(16)”.

(3) In article 2(9), in each place where it occurs, for “the dotted line” substitute “the dotted line in bold”.

(4) After article 2(15) insert—

(16) So much of the site including Richmond House, 79 Whitehall, London SW1A 2NS as is within the dotted line in bold that is marked on the map in Schedule 15 (the Richmond House Site).

(5) For Schedule 8 (the Palace of Westminster and Portcullis House Site) substitute—

The Palace of Westminster and Portcullis House Site

(6) After Schedule 14 insert—

The Richmond House Site
