Section 1Citation, commencement and effect

(1) This Order may be cited as the Insolvency Practitioners (Recognised Professional Bodies) (Revocation of Recognition) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st March 2021.

(2) This Order has effect from 1st March 2021.
