Section 1Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) This Order may be cited as the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) (Amendment) Order 2021.
(2) This Order comes into force on 31st January 2022.
(3) In this Order, “ the principal Order ” means the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000 (Estimates and Accounts) Order 2021 .

Section 2Amendments to the principal Order

(1) The principal Order is amended as follows.

(2) For the Schedule (designated bodies) to the principal Order, substitute the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this Order.
