Section 1 Title and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board (Amendment) Order 2021.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Amendment of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008

(1) The Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Order 2008 is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 1 (functions of the Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board), after paragraph 20 insert—

(21) Collecting, managing and making available information regarding the identification, movement and health of animals.

(22) Allocating unique identification codes to the means of identifying animals in England and Wales.
