Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Pupil Information) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 12th May 2021.

Section 2 Amendment of the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005

(1) Schedule 1 to the Education (Pupil Information) (England) Regulations 2005 (information to be included in the head teacher’s annual report) is amended as follows.

(2) In each of paragraphs 1(d)(i) and (g) after “2019/20” insert “or “2020/21”.

(3) In paragraph 2—

(a) in sub-paragraph (1) after “2019/20” insert “or 2020/21”;

(b) in each of sub-paragraphs (2) and (2A) after “studying” insert “unless that report is prepared in the school year 2020/21”.

(4) In paragraph 3, in the definition of “comparative information”, after “2019/20” insert “or 2020/21”.
