Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Climate and Energy (Revocation) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021, and come into force on the 22nd day after the day on which these Regulations are laid.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Revocation of retained direct EU legislation

(1) The EU regulations set out in Table 1 of the Schedule are revoked.

(2) The EU decisions set out in Table 2 of the Schedule are revoked.
