Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2021 and comes into force on 31st January 2021.

Section 2Designation

The bodies listed in the Schedule to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending on 31st March 2020 for the purposes of section 10 of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
