Section 2Commencement
The following provisions of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a) section 59(4), in so far as it is not already in force;
(b) paragraph 8(4) of Schedule 3.
