Section 1Citation and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Schemes Act 2021 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2021.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 25th June 2021
The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Pension Schemes Act 2021 is 25th June 2021—
(a) section 116 (minor and consequential amendments) and paragraphs 2 and 12(1) of Schedule 7 (amendments to the Pensions Act 2004), only insofar as they relate to paragraph 12(2) of that Schedule (amendment to section 316 of the Pensions Act 2004); and
(b) paragraph 12(2) of that Schedule.
