Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021.

(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations come into force on 1st September 2021.

(3) Regulation 2(2) comes into force on 1st January 2022 in so far as it substitutes the entry relating to a solid fuel local space heater in the table in paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 .

(4) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland only.

Section 2 Amendment to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (Northern Ireland)

(1) Schedule 1 to the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (declaration of conformity) is amended as follows.

(2) For the table at paragraph 4 substitute—

Section 3 Amendments to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 (Northern Ireland)

(1) Schedule 1 to the Energy Information Regulations 2011 (EU measures) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph 1—

(a) in the opening words, omit “from the date in column 3”;

(b) for the table in paragraph 1 substitute—
