Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Education (School Performance Information) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 and come into force on 1st September 2021.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendment of the Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007

(1) The Education (School Performance Information) (England) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1) (interpretation), in sub-paragraph (i) of the definition of “reporting school year” after “2020-21” insert “or 2021-22”.
