Section 1 Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Infrastructure Planning (Prescribed Consultees and Interested Parties etc.) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2021.

(3) An amendment made by these Regulations has the same extent and application as the provision amended.

Section 2 Amendment to the Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009

(1) The Infrastructure Planning (Applications: Prescribed Forms and Procedure) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

(2) In column 1 (consultee) of the table in Schedule 1, in the entry relating to Public Health England, for “Public Health England” substitute “United Kingdom Health Security Agency”.

Section 3 Amendment to the Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010

(1) The Infrastructure Planning (Compulsory Acquisition) Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.

(2) In column 1 (persons to be notified) of the table in Schedule 2, in the entry relating to Public Health England, for “Public Health England ” substitute “United Kingdom Health Security Agency”.

Section 4 Amendment to the Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011

(1) The Infrastructure Planning (Changes to, and Revocation of, Development Consent Orders) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.

(2) In column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 (consultation and notification), in the entry relating to Public Health England, for “Public Health England ” substitute “United Kingdom Health Security Agency”.

Section 5 Amendment to the Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties and Miscellaneous Prescribed Provisions) Regulations 2015

(1) The Infrastructure Planning (Interested Parties and Miscellaneous Prescribed Provisions) Regulations 2015 are amended as follows.

(2) In column 1 of the table in Schedule 1 (statutory parties), in the entry relating to Public Health England, for “Public Health England ” substitute “United Kingdom Health Security Agency”.
