Section 2Amendment of the Free Zone (Customs Site No. 1 Teesside) Designation Order 2021
(1) The Free Zone (Customs Site No.1 Teesside) Designation Order 2021 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4 (appointment of responsible authority) after “Casper Shipping Limited” insert “, incorporated on 5 th July 1990 with the company number 02518627,” .
Section 3Amendment of the Free Zone (Customs Site No. 1 Thames) Designation Order 2021
(1) The Free Zone (Customs Site No. 1 Thames) Designation Order 2021 is amended as follows.
(2) In article 4 (appointment of responsible authority) after “P&O Ferrymasters Limited” insert “, incorporated on 30 th July 1958 with the company number NI004115,” .
