Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Ammonium Nitrate Materials (High Nitrogen Content) Safety (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 31st December 2022.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Amendment of the Ammonium Nitrate Materials (High Nitrogen Content) Safety Regulations 2003

(1) The Ammonium Nitrate Materials (High Nitrogen Content) Safety Regulations 2003 are amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1) of regulation 13, for “two” substitute “seven” .
