Section 1Citation and interpretation

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2022.

(2) In these Regulations, “ the Act ” means the Judicial Review and Courts Act 2022.

Section 2Provision coming into force

Section 5 of the Act (extension of single justice procedure to corporations) comes into force on the 21st day after the day on which these Regulations are made.
