Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 6th April 2022.

(2) These Regulations extend to the Isle of Man.

Section 2 Amendments to the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) Regulations 2011

(1) The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Isle of Man) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3 (fees for criminal record certificates and enhanced criminal records certificates)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£23”, substitute “£18” ;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£40”, substitute “£38” .
