Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force at the end of the period of one week beginning with the day on which they are registered in the Royal Court of Jersey.

(2) These Regulations extend to Jersey.

Section 2 Amendments to the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010

(1) The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 3 (fees for criminal conviction certificates, criminal record certificates and enhanced criminal record certificates)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “£23”, substitute “£18” ;

(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “£23”, substitute “£18” ;

(c) in sub-paragraph (c), for “£40”, substitute “£38” .
