Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) (Coronavirus) (Amendment) Regulations 2022 and come into force on 18 April 2022.

Section 2Amendment to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012

(1) The Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (England) Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 8(1A) (extension of an induction period before completion), for “1st September 2021” substitute “1st September 2022” .
