Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Special Measures in Civil Proceedings (Specified Offences) Regulations 2022.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 14th June 2022.
(3) The Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Specified offences

The offences in the tables in the Schedule to these Regulations are specified offences for the purposes of section 64(1)(b) and (4) of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
