Section 1Citation, interpretation and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (Commencement No. 3) Regulations 2022.
(2) In these Regulations “ the Act ” means the Domestic Abuse Act 2021.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Commencement

Section 3 (children as victims of domestic abuse) comes into force so far as not already in force on 31st January 2022.
