Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (Consequential Provision) Regulations 2022 and come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(2) These Regulations extend to the United Kingdom.

Section 2 Section 47AA of the Terrorism Act 2000

(1) Section 47AA of the Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.

(2) In the heading, after “43A” insert “, 43C” .

(3) In subsection (1)(a), for “and 43A” substitute “, 43A and 43C” .
