Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 15th December 2023.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2Amendment of the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019

In regulation 12 of the Financial Services (Gibraltar) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (expiry of Parts 2 and 3) , in paragraph (1), for “2023” substitute “2024” .
