Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Ministerial Appointment Functions) (No. 2) Regulations 2023.

(2) They come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

(3) They extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Addition of specified offices

(1) The table in section 6(2) of the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation etc) Act 2022 (NI ministerial appointment functions) is amended as follows.

(2) Before the entry for member of the Northern Ireland Judicial Appointments Commission, insert the following entry—
